The offsite that does not feel stuffy.
Most offsites happen in a hotel conference room with a tray of pastries and a view of the parking lot. This one happens on a private island that is yours and nobody else's. There are no other guests, no lobby, no strangers at the next table. The solar pavilion at the center of the island is the open-air meeting room, with string lights for after dark. Starlink reaches everywhere on the property, so the morning session, the call with the office, and the deck you promised by Friday all work from the porch, the pavilion, or the dock. For the presentation itself we can set up a screen and projector, or your team can cast straight to one of the large TVs in the houses.
The shape of a day here is simple. Mornings are for the work. Afternoons are for the boat, and our captain is yours the whole stay: a reef snorkel, a run out to Cayo Zapatillas, a surf break, or a line in the water for mahi and tuna. Paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkel gear are included for whoever stays behind, and the pool never closes. Our chef cooks three meals a day and our bar builds cocktails around what is on the island, all of it included, so nobody is collecting receipts or expensing a dinner. Dietary needs get sorted on one onboarding call.
The island sleeps up to twenty-four in eight ensuite bedrooms, six in the main hacienda and two in the waterfront bungalow, every one air conditioned. Evenings run late under the pavilion lights, with karaoke if the team is that kind of team. It is a one-hour flight from Panama City to Bocas del Toro with multiple daily departures, then fifteen minutes by boat, and we handle every handoff in between. There are no noise hours, so the late session and the later karaoke can both run as long as they need to. Starlink reaches every corner of the island. Set up on a porch, under the pavilion, or on the dock, and take the call from wherever the breeze is. Coffee is served whenever you wake up, and the kitchen never really closes.
Afternoons are for the boat.
The boat and our captain are yours the whole stay: Cayo Zapatillas, the reef, a surf break, a sunset run with cocktails. The schedule is yours, and the boat is never full.

The room
The solar pavilion at the center of the island hosts an offsite as easily as it seats 150 under string lights. Its roof runs the whole island, so we are fully off grid, with a generator waiting for the rare day the sun does not cooperate. Screen and projector on request, or cast to the TVs.

Up to twenty-four in eight ensuite bedrooms. One group at a time, and never other guests.
